GENERAL INFORMATION
Included in the price is: 21 % value added tax, kasko and liability insurances with a franchise of
€ 500 up to € 2.000, depending on the boat type and final cleaning charges.
Fuel is not included in the rental price. The boat is delivered with a full tank. The refill at the end of the charter can be done by us, in this case the fuel must be paid in cash, there is no extra charge for this.

All boats are fitted with complete safety equipment. There are: ropes, fenders, an anchor with rope, a life-belt with 30 m of rope, a set of flares, 2 paddles with hooks and a first-aid box. On board children are counted as adults. We have life-jackets for children on hand.
The chartered boat is available from 9.00 am on the first day of rental, (excepting other mutual agreement) and be returned on the final day by 5.00 pm at the latest.
A mooring buoy in Manerba is included in the rental price during the rental period. Please contact us if you wish to reserve one. Should you spend your holiday in another area, it is your own responsibilty to book and reserve a buoy at that location.
Since summer 2008 Nautica Benaco is in possession of a pier directly at the beach from here it is possible to use our comfortable tender service to our buoys during the day (from 9 am to 6.30 pm). The pier is only 50 m away from the Porto Torchio harbour and allows you easy access to and from your boat.

Our clients may use our private car park.
If there is bad weather on the first day of the boat charter, it is possible to add the lost day to the end of the rental period, providing the boat is still available. Otherwise the first day will not be charged. In case of bad weather during the rental period there is no right for compensation of the rental price or parts of the rental price.
In the interest of other clients, pets must not be taken on board.
